missingWrote a review on Oct 29smelly roomlack of service
what a beautiful property, but seriously, arriving to a room that wasn’t even ready, and then getting a new one that smells was beyond disappointing. absolutely expected a complimentary gesture for the hassle, like free coffee or a room upgrade, but I guess I was just another guest. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on Oct 26warm atmospherehuge tvnoise issue
The decor creates a warm atmosphere, and the huge TV offers entertainment, although navigating it can be tricky.
Hot water takes at least 10 minutes to reach the shower head, leading to water waste. The courtyard noise can be disruptive, likely due to the layout of the hotel rather than guests. Rooms could use better furnishings. there was only one chair, lacking a proper workspace for those needing to get things done. Some TV channels were blocked and required subscriptions, which is frustrating for guests wanting options.

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
I spent 3 nights in a Beautiful Double Room and every moment was pure bliss. The fine décor created such a warm atmosphere, and the service was really good. I was pampered with complimentary mezcal upon arrival, which set the tone for a good stay filled with kindness and attention from the staff.

The staff was super friendly and made our group feel really welcome. We visited the old factory from the XIX Century and the nearby museum, which were both amazing. The location was perfect for exploring, and the breakfast offered was tasty. Don't forget to check out their tour options!
We did notice that the lighting fixtures in our room had some dust and were shedding a little. It didn't affect our stay too much, but it's worth mentioning.

Stylish stay with cozy vibes
The hotel was so cute and cozy! We loved the design, especially the bathtub in our room. The staff were super friendly and always offered snacks and drinks. The morning breakfast was fresh and tasty! Just wish the bed was a bit softer, but we made do with extra blankets. Not a big deal, really.
